These terms apply to all purchases on sbcorptools.com, operated by Shri Balaji Corporation (SBCORP), Plot No. 26, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi – 110059, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Product

We sell time-limited access (usually 1 year) to proprietary TradingView indicators (“invite-only scripts”). The indicator source code remains our property and is not sold or shared.

2. Access

You must enter a valid TradingView username at checkout. Access is granted to that username only.
Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing, reselling, copying, reverse-engineering or redistributing the indicator is not allowed and may lead to access being removed without refund.
Access ends at the end of the purchased period unless renewed.

3. TradingView account

You need your own TradingView account (free or paid). TradingView is a third-party platform; we are not responsible for its availability, data delays, plan limits or changes to its features.

4. No investment advice

Our indicators are charting and educational tools only. Nothing on this website or in our products is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or derivative. SBCORP is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. All trading decisions and their results are solely your responsibility. See our Disclaimer.

5. Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not store your card or bank details.

6. Refunds

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for any trading losses or indirect damages.

8. Changes

We may improve or update indicators and these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
